Curious about the Free State Project and its growing influence in New Hampshire?

  • Date: Wednesday, Aug. 20
  • Time: 6:30-8:00 pm
  • Location: Amherst Town Library
  • Refreshments: Yes!

Curious about the Free State Project and its growing influence in New Hampshire? Join former NH State Senator Jeanne Dietsch for an eye-opening presentation on how this movement has reshaped the state’s political landscape, from tax policy and education funding to local governance and public services.

Sen. Dietsch will explain the origins of the Free State movement, how its members have gained power in the NH legislature’s Republican majority, and what their agenda could mean for the future of our communities, including their impact on the voucher program expansion for the wealthy (Education Freedom Accounts/EFAs), tax cuts for the wealthy, rising property taxes, and efforts to weaken local decision-making.

Whether you’re just learning about this movement or looking for opportunities to take action, this is a chance to better understand one of the most consequential forces changing politics in the Granite State.

Can’t attend in person? You can read Sen. Dietsch’s research here:

No Kings Protest

No Kings Protest on Milford Oval !

No Kings Milford Oval Protest

NO KINGS is a national day of action and mass mobilization in response to increasing authoritarian excesses and corruption from President Trump and his allies. They’ve cracked down on free speech, detained people for their political views, threatened to deport American citizens, and defied the courts. They’ve done this all while continuing to serve and enrich their billionaire allies.

On June 14th, we’re rallying to protect the Constitution AND to honor the US Army on its 250th anniversary. Army service members have given their all to protect America from tyrants since the Revolution. Our event is a positive affirmation and thanks for the dedication of every branch of the military to serving the people and upholding the Constitution.

Where: Milford Oval

When: June 14 2pm-4pm
